Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Idle Hands by Shadows Fall
Today's Metal Track is Idle Hands by Shadows Fall. This is the opening track off of their 2002 album The Art of Balance. The title of the album is a reference to the band finding a balance between melody and aggression.
