Today's Funky Metal Track is Jerry Was a Race Car Driver by Primus. This is off of their 1991 album Sailing the Seas of Cheese. The "Dog will hunt" line is sampled from the movie Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. I always assumed it was just Les Claypool because it sounds just like him.
