Today's Metal Track is Sudden Death is Nothing by Valient Thorr. This is off of their 2010 album Stranger. This a great metal/rock track with a great groove and some killer riffs.

A group of us are going to see them play at Hopscotch tomorrow along with Mastodon and Death. Really looking forward to seeing these guy live again because they put on a great energetic performance.
