Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Carpal Tunnel by Shadows Fall

Today's Metal Track is Carpal Tunnel by Shadows Fall. This is off of their 2006 compilation album Fallout from the War. This album contains a mix of original songs written during the sessions of their previous two album and covers from bands that influenced them. I think they threw this together to fulfill their requirements Century Media before moving on to Atlantic Records. It's definitely got some bright spots and this is one of them.
