"Whatcha Gonna Do?"
Today's Metal Track is brought to you by Black Sabbath. This is off of their classic 1970 album Paranoid. This song has such a great vibe to it, especially the intro with that baseline.
Geezer Butler expressed his frustration at how fans misinterpreted the band's
lyrics, stating that "for instance, on 'Hand Of Doom' they'll pick up
one sentence out of that and blow it up into this big thing, like as if
we're telling everyone to go and shoot smack. The whole song is against drugs."
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
