Today's Metal Track is Green Hell by Misfits. This is off of their 1983 album Earth A.D./Wolfs Blood. This was actually released the month I was born. Like many of their songs, this one is short and to the point. It was later covered by Metallica on their 1987 Garage Days Re-Revisited as part of a medley with Last Caress. That version was also later included on Garage Inc.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
