Today's Metal Track is Those Who Cannot Speak by Shadows Fall. This is the closing track off of their 2004 album War Within. This is the album where the band finally hit their stride is probably still their best effort to date. This track has some pretty sweet riffs (My favorite is at 1:12) and a nice solo, to boot.
