Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!

Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Low Self Opinion by Rollins Band
Get yourself a break from self rejection
Try some introspection
And you just might find
It's not so bad and anyway
At the end of the day
All you have is yourself and your mind
Today's Metal Track is Low Self Opinion by Rollins Band. This is off of their 1992 album The End of Silence. The album cover features a drawing of the sun that matches the tattoo on Rollins' back. The tattoo was done by Rick Spellman who is also the tattoo artist for Glenn Danzig.
There is one chord they hit in this song that sounds just like one of the main chord in Alice in Chains' Rooster.
