This Weekend's Wildcard is I Can Dream About You by Dan Hartman. This was recorded for the 1984 movie Streets of Fire. For the film, the song was sung by Radio Shack employee Winston Ford. The film director said that he thought that was the version that was supposed to come out. However, Dan Hartman ended up recording his own version and that 's the version that got released. It turn Hartman into an overnight sensation.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
