Today's Easy Like Sunday Morning Track is brought to you by Mad Season. This was a supergroup that included members of Alice in Chains (Layne Staley), Pearl Jam (Mike McCready), and Screaming Trees (Barrett Martin). I'm sure many people thought this was an Alice in Chains song when it came out on the radio due to Layne's vocals. They only released one album, Above, in 1995 which included this song.
Their bassist, John Baker Saunders, died in 1999 and Layne died only three years later in 2002. Both died from an overdose of heroin. Again, remember kids, drugs are bad mkay!
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
