In this song, Coheed kills 3 of his 4 children because he has been convinced that they have been infected with a virus that will lead to the destruction of the universe (which is a lie). Claudio is the only child to survive and he finds Josephine at the house just before she passes away. When Claudio has to run for safety Josie screams to him "We'll make it if you believe" meaning that Mankind can survive if he believes in himself.
