Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Act of Contrition by Shadows Fall

Today's Metal Track is Act of Contrition by Shadows Fall. This is off of their 2004 album The War Withing which is still probably their best album. This one is loaded with great riffs and solos. The best part is the second half of the solo starting at about 2:32. The last couple of seconds are cut off at the end of the video but you don't miss much.
