Today's Instrumental Metal Track is Threnody by Pelican. Don't worry, the music starts at about the 1 minute mark. This is off of the instrumental band's 2013 album Forever Becoming. A threnody is a song, hymn or poem of mourning composed or performed as a memorial to a dead person. I don't know if the band wrote this song about some one in particular or not. Maybe someone who knows more about them can fill us in.
