You Want Funky?
We Got Funky
What Kind of Funky?
Violent & Funky
Today's Funky Metal Track is Violent & Funky by Infectious Grooves. That is future Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo throwing down some violent funky bass lines. This is the opening track off of their 1994 concept album Groove Family Cyco/Snapped Lika Mutha.
What an awesome bass line/lead riff!
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
