Today's Easy Like Sunday Morning Track is Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town by Pearl Jam. This is off of their 1993 album Vs. which was the follow up to their breakthrough debut album Ten.
This song is about a lady who has been stuck in her small little town for most of her life when an old flame walks in. He had moved away and moved on with his life. She wants to say hello to him but she is too embarrassed.
