Today's Easy Like Sunday Morning Track is Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain. This is off of his 11975 concept album Red Headed Stranger. While this song is often credited to Willie, it was actually written by Fred Rose and recorded by Roy Acuff in 1945. It was also record by Hank Williams Sr. and Elvis Presley among other performers.
The footage in this video is taken from the 1986 film Red Headed Stranger based on the album. In the film, Willie portrays a preacher who kills his wife and the man she ran off with.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
