Today's Instrumental Metal Track is Syndic Calls by Isis. This is off of their 2004 album Panopticon. This song does have lyrics but it still feels like an instrumental.
From the comments: "A "syndic" was a street authority in plague-stricken Europe who made
sure everyone was locked in their houses, who kept watch and reported to
superiors if the plague was spreading.
For the lyrics, the "syndic calls" you, because you have the plague."
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
