Today's Instrumental Track is If I Could Fly by Joe Satriani. This is off of his 2004 album Is There Love in Space?. In 2008, Satriani filed a lawsuit against Coldplay claiming that their song Viva la Vida plagiarized "substatial original portions" of this song. It's pretty obvious when you you here it. The two parties eventually settled out of court and the case was dismissed.
