This Weekend's Wildcard is Empty Vessels Make the Loudest Sound by The Mars Volta. This is off of their last album Noctourniquet which was released in 2012. Unfortunately, the guys called it quits after this album. The song title is a proverb meaning people who have a little knowledge usually talk the most and make the greatest fuss.

I think the song might be about someone who has given up on life. The line "You can do what you will with my body but I won’t ring the bell" is a reference to the old days where they would tie a bell to dead  people when they were buried in case they happen to still be alive. It's my favorite song on the album. It's very beautiful and unique.
