Today's Metal Track is a passionate song from the Brazilian Metal Band Sepultura about the deforestation of their lands. Guardians of Earth is off of their latest album, Quadra, which was released earlier this year.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!

Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Gimme the Keys LV by Clutch
Today's Metal Track is Gimme The Keys LV by Clutch. this is off of their 2018 album Book of Bad Decisions.
Per Neil: "Gimme The Keys" was written about CLUTCH's first tour back in 1991, a time where the bandmembers began to cut their teeth in the live music business, dealt with show cancellations and incidents on the road. One particular show in a shed surrounded by cornfields in Lawrence, Kansas ultimately turned ugly over a missing microphone and accusations brought by drunk and gun-toting security people at the end of a long day. "Gimme the keys they can keep the guarantee / Gimme the keys and get the hell out of dodge" is a reflection of the mood of that night.
