Easy Like Sunday Morning Track - Love of My Life by Queen

Finally got to watch Bohemian Rhapsody on the plan ride back today and it was excellent. I may have teared up a few times. Today's Easy Like Sunday Morning Track is Love of My Life off of Queen's 1975 album A Night at the Opera. Freddie wrote it for his fiance Mary Austin. The song was originally recorded on piano but Brian May would play it on guitar during live performances.

Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Train, Train by Blackfoot

Train, train
Take me on out of this town

As I leave Portland on the northbound train I'm reminded of this classic by Blackfoot. They absolutely destroy this song in this performance. Blackfoot is not considered metal but this Track and this performance are deserving of the title in my opinion.

Jason and Marty played together as an unbelievably talented duo called Cacophony in the late 80s. Jason was later diagnosed with ALS and he is still fighting with it today's. Through amazing technology that he and his dad created, Jason can communicate and even write music by using only his eyes. He wrote portions of this song in collaboration with Marty who had a guest guitarist play Jason's parts. Keep fighting and keep writing Jason!
