Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
Today's Metal Track is Travolta by Mike Patton's first band, Mr. Bungle. This quirky and creepy track is the opening track off of their 1991 self-titled album. The name of the song was changed to Quote Unqoute due to legal threats and the video was banned from MTV due to it's scary, disturbing images. Guess that's why I just now seeing it for the first time.
Today's Metal Track is new music from Architects. Meteor is off of their album, For Those That Wish to Exist, set to release this Friday.
Today's Instrumental Metal Track is Wide Eyes In The Dark by Nick Johnston. This is the title and closing track off of his 2019 album. This video was shot in Alberta where is was apparently -4 degrees.
