Was listening to an old Spotify playlist today at the gym and this Trivium song came on that I hadn't listened to in awhile. Then, on the way home the same song was playing on Liquid Metal. Show me a sign why don't you! Today's blistering Metal Track is To The Rats, off of their 2006 album The Crusade.

Today's Instrumental Track is My Only Swerving by the duo El Ten Eleven. My buddy Dan Willars shared this with me today. I have never heard of them. Pretty cool use of the guitar/bass double neck guitar. This is off of their 2012 album Transitions.

Today's Easy Like Sunday Morning Track is Black Cow by Steely Dan. This is off of their 1977 album Aja. I'm sure a lot of folks will recognize the opening as it is was sampled for the song Deja Vu (Uptown Baby) by Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz back in 1998.
