Today's Metal Track is Nightingale by the English prog metal band Haken. It was released as a single back in April and marked the return of original keyboardist Pete Jones. They have announced a new album for 2023 titled Fauna. Not sure if this will be included or if is a standalone single.

Today's Metal Track is Serenity Painted Death by Opeth. This is off of their 1999 concept album Still Life. In this part of the story, the protagonist has discovered his love, Melinda, has been murdered and he goes on a rampage killing those responsible.
