Today's Instrumental Metal Track is another one from everyone's favorite bucket wearing guitarist. This is Siege Engine off of Buckethead's 22nd studio album Albino Slug which was released in 2008. The 2:45 mark and beyond is just a delight. Beautiful stuff.
I'd love to listen to all of his tracks but there is just no way to keep up with him. He has released 45 albums since I last posted one of his track in April of last year. Ridiculous.
A siege engine is a device used to break or circumvent walls in warfare. Some of the earliest types of siege engines were battering rams and catapults.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
