Today's Weekend Wildcard is Hold Me Closer Tony Danza.... I mean Tiny Dancer by Elton John. This is off of his 1971 album Madman Across the Water. The lyrics were written by Bernie Taupin and are about the many beautiful women he met in California in 1970. The song has been used in numerous films and TV shows but my favorite usage is in the movie Almost Famous where the cast sings it while on the tour bus.
