Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!

Today's Metal Track is new music from Lacuna Coil. They use the dual male and female vocals which complement each other well. Layers of Time is off of their upcoming album Black Anima set to come out on October 11.
