Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!

Today's Instrumental Metal Track is Catharsis by the Norwegian thrash metal band Equinox. This is off of their 4th and final album, Labyrinth which came out back in 1994.
