Today's Metal Track is Was by The Acacia Strain. This is off of their latest album, It Comes In Waves, which came out back in December. Whole song is great but the part from 3:58 on is just outstanding.

Thanks to the clues in the comments, I figured out the sample in the background is taken from scene in the movie The Mist with the crazy religious lady.
