"Sail away with me, to another world"
Sail on Kenny, sail on
This Weekend's Wildcard is Islands in the Stream by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. The song was written by the Bee Gees and initially intended to be recorded by Marvin Gaye. It eventually was recorded by Roger and Dolly for his 1983 album Eyes That See in the Dark.
The song has been covered numerous time but most famously by Pras, ODB and Mya with their song Ghetto Supastar (That is What You Are) in 1998.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
