Today's Instrumental Metal Track is a quarantine version of March of the S.O.D. by Stormtroopers of Death. This is the opening track off of their 1985 debut album. The band came about when Anthrax had some studio time left after recording Spreading The Disease. So guitarist Scott Ian and drummer Charlie Benante called up a couple of friend and wrote and recorded the album in a week.
Exploring Heavy Metal and all its glory. Heavy Metal is often misunderstood and thought to be just a bunch of guys banging and screaming when in fact it can be extremely thoughtful, intelligent, and sincere. Expect some throw-down-head-banging, chill mood metal, and gloomy death metal that you're probably not going to hear on the radio. On the weekends we'll mix things up with a Weekend Wildcard and an Easy Like Sunday Morning Track to get you over your hangover!
