Today's Metal Track is brought to you by Anthrax. This is a cover of a 1989 Beastie Boys song that they did for the Beavis and Butthead Experience compilation album that came out in 1993. It includes a 4 minute skit before the song that is hilarious.

I played this album so many times when I was younger that I can probably quote most of the Beavis and Butthead dialogue to this day.
