Scott's Metal Track of the Day - Vermillion by Slipknot

Today's Metal Track is brought to you by the guys from Iowa. Slipknot is a 9 piece band well known for their costumes and stage performances. This song comes off of what I think is their best album, Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses) which came out in 2004.

Sadly, in 2010 their bassist, Paul Gray, passed away. So far they have not replaced him in the band. It is yet to be determined if they will finish writing and recording a 5th album.


Funny story about Slipknot. I got married on June 21st in 2008 and Slipknot's last album was released in August of 2008. Check out a pic from my wedding compared to the album cover.
