This Weekend's Wildcard is brought to you by the Voice, Vern Gosdin. Gasp!!! Yes, a country song. I do like good old country music just not the stuff that is popular today.

This song spoke to me as a child. "I'm gonna spend the night like every night before, Playin' ET and I'll play him some more". That's what I'm talking about Vern! What I didn't realize at the time was that Vern was referring to country singer Ernest Tubb and not the Atari game E.T. Oh well, it's still a great song.
